Dr. Deploy
Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Effective May 13, 2026

These terms cover your use of Dr.Deploy ("we", "us", "the service"). By creating an account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

1. What we do

Dr.Deploy scans the live URLs you tell us to scan and reports findings (leaked credentials, missing SEO tags, broken og:images, exposed configuration files, etc.) to you via the dashboard, email, and the JSON API. We don't fix anything; we just tell you.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done under your account.
  • You can only add sites you own or have explicit authority to monitor (see our Acceptable Use Policy).
  • You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We'll keep audit-log records (account deletion, billing events) for up to 7 years for accounting reasons; everything else is purged within 30 days.

3. Pricing & refunds

  • The free tier is available for non-commercial or open source projects, up to 3 sites per workspace. Eligibility is defined in the Acceptable Use Policy. Commercial use of the free tier is a violation; once a project starts generating revenue or ships closed-source, you upgrade to a paid tier.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly until you cancel. Cancel anytime from Billing; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • Lifetime tier is a one-time purchase. Non-recurring. Refundable within 14 days; after that, sale is final.
  • Launch pricing locked at the time of your first paid subscription stays at that rate as long as the subscription remains active. Cancel and re-subscribe and you re-enter at standard pricing.
  • If we materially raise prices on your existing tier, we'll email you 30 days before the next renewal so you can cancel.

4. Things we don't promise

We try to catch the things this product is designed to catch, but no scanner finds everything. You're still responsible for the security of your sites and the secrets in them. We provide the service "as is" — no warranty that scans are complete, that alerts arrive within any specific timeframe, or that the service will be uninterrupted.

5. Liability cap

Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is capped at the greater of (a) what you've paid us in the 12 months before the incident, or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions don't allow these caps; if you're in one, the cap is the maximum permitted by law.

6. Termination

We can suspend or terminate your account if you violate the AUP, abuse the service in ways that affect other customers, fail to pay, or chargeback without first asking us for a refund. We'll generally email you first unless the situation requires immediate action.

7. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects your rights, we'll email you at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction we incorporate in. We'll publish that here once incorporation completes; until then, treat disputes as governed by the laws applicable to the operator's residency at the time of dispute.

9. Contact

Questions about these terms or anything else: [email protected].
